Refund Policy

General Refund Policy

Services are not refundable after the invoice has been paid (after the proposal is accepted or the contract is signed) since at that point we will have blocked out project time and resources for your work. We are committed to delivering quality services, and our team begins working on your project immediately upon payment confirmation.

Project-Based Services

For project-based services including:

  • Logo Design and Brand Identity
  • Package Design
  • Website Development
  • Commercial Photography and Videography
  • App Development

Refunds are not available once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with the work, we will work with you through the agreed-upon revision process to ensure your satisfaction within the project scope.

Digital Marketing Services

For ongoing digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media management), payments are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly retainer fees
  • Ad spend budgets
  • Campaign setup and management fees

Please note that ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Meta, Google) is separate from our service fees and is non-refundable as it is paid directly to those platforms.

Cancellation Policy for Ongoing Services

Ongoing monthly services require a 15-day written notice for any changes to services and a 30-day written notice for cancellation. This allows us to properly wrap up your project and cancel any third-party resources or subscriptions being used for your project.

Written notice should be sent by email to connect@roasx.in. Please ensure we have acknowledged receipt of your cancellation request.

Deposit and Advance Payments

Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable as they secure your project slot in our schedule and cover initial planning and research. If you decide to cancel a project after paying a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited.

Digital Products and Courses

Digital access to courses, templates, and other digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If a specific digital product offers a refund period, it will be clearly noted on that product's page before purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where ROASx is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances on our end, we will work with you to either:

  • Complete the project at a later date
  • Provide an alternative solution
  • Issue a pro-rated refund for undelivered work

If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns before considering any refund requests.

Understanding Our Policies

Our refund and cancellation policies are clearly outlined in proposals and/or your contract/Scope of Work before you sign your agreement, as well as on your invoice before you pay. Please ensure you understand these policies before you accept a proposal, sign a contract or Scope of Work agreement, or pay your invoice.
