Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of ROASx ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

Services

ROASx provides marketing and creative services including but not limited to:

• 360° Digital Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
• Logo Design and Brand Identity
• Package Design
• Website Development
• Product Photography & Commercial Videos
• App Development

Project Scope and Timeline

All projects will have a clearly defined scope of work outlined in a proposal or contract. Timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on client responsiveness, feedback, and revisions. Any changes to the original scope may result in additional fees and extended timelines.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or contract. Generally:

• A deposit is required to begin work on most projects
• Final payment is due before project delivery or launch
• Monthly retainer services are billed in advance
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All payments are in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise specified

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying necessary materials, content, and access
• Ensuring all provided content is legally owned or licensed
• Making timely payments as per the agreed schedule
• Communicating changes or concerns promptly

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. However, ROASx retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any materials, concepts, or designs created during the project remain the property of ROASx until full payment is received.

Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the proposal or contract. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur extra charges. Significant changes to the original scope may be treated as a new project.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the course of the project private and secure. This includes business strategies, proprietary information, and any materials marked as confidential.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If a project is terminated by the client, payment for work completed up to that point is required. For ongoing services, a 30-day written notice is required for cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

ROASx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
